Blisko started the way most good things do — around a kitchen table in Austin, Texas, with two sisters, a pile of beads, and way too many opinions about color.

We're sisters first, business partners second — which mostly means we finish each other's sentences and disagree passionately about which blue is really "blisko blue." What began as pieces we made for ourselves and our friends slowly turned into something bigger, one strand at a time.

Every piece is bespoke: hand-strung, hand-knotted, and finished one bead at a time, using the highest-quality beads we source locally from Austin and Palm Beach.

Blisko is Polish for “close.”
